City-Wide Bridge Replacement

Description
UNINTECH was prime consulting firm the City of San Antonio, 2007-2012 Bond Program, which involved the replacement of existing deficient and deteriorated off-system bridges that did not meet either structure load or unflooded access during a 100-year ultimate storm. Services included water line relocations, sanitary sewer relocations, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, grading, and drainage and utilities design. Our engineers also provided bridge design, TCP, pavement marking and signing design, stormwater pollution prevention plan (SW3P), signal design, illumination design, tree preservations, and roadway design that included re-alignment and profiles.Surveying services included right-of-entry (ROE) agreements, land title surveys, construction easements, right-of-way (ROW), base mapping, topographic survey, and establishing vertical and horizontal control. UNINTECH inspected channels; and tested water and wastewater pipelines and appurtenances. We also provided cost estimating for the bridge, street pavement, drainage channels, concrete riprap, large box culverts, storm sewer, rock riprap, seeding and sodding, and energy dissipaters.
