Description

UNINTECH is providing surveying, roadway and drainage design, and utility coordination, required for Fischer Park Improvements, located in New Braunfels, Texas.Our engineers designed a four-lane intersection with cross-walks for the new park entrance, which included approximately 500 ft. of roadway heading north from the intersection of Dove Crossing and County Line Road. Our engineers also designed the median for new left turn lane from County Line Road into the park; storm drain design to add two new inlets on the west side of the intersection of intercept flow; and storm drain design on the new park entrance roadway. ADA compatibility review of existing roadway cross-slopes and longitudinal slopes to allow for cross-walk were also provided, as well as signing and pavement markings, and utility coordination.Our surveyors conducted a route survey of County Line Road, this included ROW retracement, and topographic, improvement and utility surveys of County Line Road. Surveyors also conducted horizontal and vertical control and control exhibits tied to the City of New Braunfels Control System and the boundary of proposed Fischer Park. UNINTECH is preparing construction plans for the proposed roadway and intersection improvements at Dove Crossing and County Line Road.

    UNINTECH was the prime consultant for this project, which purpose was to improve the existing Bridge 155. The existing one-lane bridge structure spans Gilleland Creek Tributary with an overall bridge length of 140 ft., was replaced to a new two-lane bridge.
