Description

The project included renovating an existing golf course for the city of New Branfels. As a sub-consultant, UNINTECH provided civil, structural and surveying services. We were responsible for all client coordination, and all UNINTECH plans and specifications.Our civil engineers provided grading plans; FEMA CLOMR; wet utility design; SW3P; prepared the hydrology and hydraulic impacts of the regrading; and designed sanitary sewer and water lines. Our structural engineers designed a new 80 ft. long, pedestrian bridge to provide access over the river channel, as well as structural repairs for a retaining wall and design of the golf building.The survey team conducted topographic and tree surveys, along with a partial baythemetric survey, which they tied to the aerial survey of the park. UNINTECH was responsible for reviewing the design and updating as necessary; and managing estimates, payments, and change orders during the construction administration phase.

    UNINTECH was the prime consultant for this project, which purpose was to improve the existing Bridge 155. The existing one-lane bridge structure spans Gilleland Creek Tributary with an overall bridge length of 140 ft., was replaced to a new two-lane bridge.
