Description

The Mosaic is an upscale, mixed use commercial and multi-family, 125,000 sq. ft. development in San Antonio, located on Broadway. The development consist of 126 multi-family units, restaurants and retail space.Our civil engineers work on preparation of demolition plan, dimensional control plan, grading and surface drainage plan, paving plan, road drainage plan, water and sewer plan, fire protection plan, and storm water pollution prevention plan. The work also included coordination and meetings with the architect, landscape designers, MEP firm and the LEED team. All the plans were prepared in accordance with utility agencies and City of San Antonio regulations. The project received a LEED Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

    Old Highway 20 Bridge 155

    UNINTECH was the prime consultant for this project, which purpose was to improve the existing Bridge 155. The existing one-lane bridge structure spans Gilleland Creek Tributary with an overall bridge length of 140 ft., was replaced to a new two-lane bridge.
