Description
UNINTECH is the survey sub-consultant for this four year IDIQ contract with TxDOT. Our surveyors are providing surveying services on design projects initiated by TxDOT on a task order basis. Projects have included:UNINTECH provided research and exhibit preparation to establish the existing ROW of RM 1431 from 1,500 ft. west of IH-35 to 1,000 ft. east of IH-35 and along the north and south frontage roads of IH-35, 2,500 ft. in both directions from the RM 1431 bridge. We provided surveying services for the design of bridge and road widening and a new reverse diamond back interchange. Our surveyors conducted topographic surveys, and located TxDOT benchmarks, and primary TxDOT horizontal and vertical control points. Our surveyors were also responsible for determining the location of sub-surface utility markings; cross sections of two creeks, bridge locates and detailed surveys of the bridge components for four bridges; surveys of geotechnical boreholes; tree surveys. ROW strip maps, ROW acquisition exhibits with metes and bounds were also prepared along with a design centerline.Our surveyors provided research and exhibit preparation to establish the existing ROW of FM 973 from US 183 to FM 812. The survey was for design purposes of widening the road, bridge structures and relocating utilities. Primary horizontal and vertical control was established and physical features including trees and sub-surface utility markings were located with cross sections every 100 ft. for this approximately 3 mile section. A detailed design survey was prepared.
