The University Health System Target 2012 Capital Improvement Program (CIP), a $899.4 million contract, is one of the largest programs in San Antonio history. UNINTECH was part of the team that successfully completed the development for University Hospital at the South Texas Medical Center campus. UNINTECH provided structural project management. Our engineers’ responsibilities included design engineering, constructability value analysis, and other related services under this contract. Our team ensured the project stayed on schedule in order for all CIP projects to move forward.Our team was responsible for project management for a new, state-of-the-art two million sq. ft. facility hospital tower with additional parking structures and expanded central plant capabilities. We were also responsible for the project management of the new hospital tower which included a Level 1 Trauma Center, as well as new private inpatient room, parking structure and heliport, along with significant infrastructure development.Projects:

    UNINTECH was the prime consultant for this project, which purpose was to improve the existing Bridge 155. The existing one-lane bridge structure spans Gilleland Creek Tributary with an overall bridge length of 140 ft., was replaced to a new two-lane bridge.

    Churchill High School JROTC Building

    UNINTECH provided preliminary conceptual design, final design of the one-story JROTC building which is comprised of a foundation pan-joist slab on concrete piers, concrete column-steel beam structural system supporting a metal roof deck on steel joists and concrete masonry walls.
