Description

Westpark is a 600 plus acre master development proposed of mixed-use commercial and industrial parcels. UNINTECH is designing the infrastructure for the development. Jim Christal Road and West Oak Street consist of 5,700 LF of secondary arterial, which will include four lanes, a 24 ft. median, a railroad crossing improvement, 30 in. storm sewer, and 24 storm sewer inlets. Western Boulevard is a primary arterial with two existing lanes.UNINTECH manages client coordination, sub-consultant coordination, and plans and specifications. Our civil engineers are responsible for the street, drainage and utility design. They are designing 6,400 LF of two proposed western lanes, a 24 ft. median, 18 in. to 27 in. storm sewer, and 13 storm sewer inlets. Precision is planned to be 2,700 LF of collector roadway, consisting of two lanes with a continuous turn lane, 30 in. storm sewer and nine storm sewer inlets. Our team is also responsible for designing 14,800 LF of water lines and sanitary sewer lines, which range in size from 8 in. to 20 in. Our engineers modeled the water distribution system for preliminary pipe sizing.

    UNINTECH was the prime consultant for this project, which purpose was to improve the existing Bridge 155. The existing one-lane bridge structure spans Gilleland Creek Tributary with an overall bridge length of 140 ft., was replaced to a new two-lane bridge.

    Churchill High School JROTC Building

    UNINTECH provided preliminary conceptual design, final design of the one-story JROTC building which is comprised of a foundation pan-joist slab on concrete piers, concrete column-steel beam structural system supporting a metal roof deck on steel joists and concrete masonry walls.
