UNINTECH is seeking a highly motivated and energetic self-starter looking for growth opportunities to join our Civil team as a Civil Project Manager or Project Engineer with a focus on Business Development.

Civil Project Manager Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities: Plans and directs all design engineers, drafters, and technicians working on projects. Manages the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex designs. Oversees project progress and schedule to ensure efficiency and quality of PS&E production. Evaluates and approves changes that substantially impact project scope, budget, or schedule. Monitors progress and performance of projects. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect project liability, responsibility, and budget. Capable of coordination with team members, other departments, and clients to resolve issues arising from operations.  Capable of proposal content writing, marketing, networking, and client care.

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Engineer in the State of Texas
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering from an accredited U.S. college
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• 3+ years of managerial experience
• Willing and able to actively support UNINTECH’s business development efforts, including client communication, managing client relationships, networking, identifying market opportunities and chasing leads, participating in professional societies, proposal support, and team relationship-building
• Experience in the following aspects of engineering:
o Transportation
o Drainage Design
o Hydrologic Studies

Civil Project Engineer Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities: Conducts studies; prepares plans, specifications and cost estimates; appliestechnical engineering principles, methods, and techniques on engineering projects; and supports business development activities through client coordination, proposal assistance, and project opportunity awareness.

Requirements:

• Must be a Licensed Engineer in the State of Texas
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering from an accredited U.S. college
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D or Bentley OpenRoads Designer
• 5+ years of design experience in the following aspects of site engineering:
o Transportation
o Drainage Design
o Hydrologic Studies
o Water and Wastewater Utilities
