Hike and Bike Trail Pedestrian Bridges
We provided structural engineering services including feasibility study of the rehabilitation of two existing pedestrian bridges for reuse along a hike and bike trail. Unintech conducted structural inspections; reported findings; and submitted analysis and recommendations for rehabilitation procedures for reuse. Our engineers are designing substructure bases for placement of the bridges.
Palm View Golf Course Pedestrian BridgesThis project required a structural study of two pedestrian bridges that are severely deteriorating out at the Palm View Golf Course. For this project our engineers assessed and analyzed the current bridges conditions; addressed safety; deduced causes of deterioration; and estimated life expectancy.
Fireman’s Park Renovations
Structural design and construction supervision of Fireman’s Park new serving area was required for this project. Our engineers are preparing construction documents including structural plans of foundation, CMU walls, and wood roof framing. UNINTECH is also responsible for the repair of the concession building at Fireman’s Park. Engineering services included inspection of building condition of structural components; measurement/verification of building dimensions, out-of-plane displacements, and cracks; as well as repair detailed sheets of building. We proposed retrofitting the existing structure to preserve the original structure, which was considered to have historic value. This approach saved time and money on the project, as compared to an initially proposed demolition.
Municipal Pool RenovationsUNINTECH provided structural design and inspection of a new bath house and concession for a municipal pool. Additionally, our engineers inspected the piers and anchorage of the slide structure. We meet all schedule deadlines as required for each projects under this contract. Our engineers provided on-site presence and submitted their findings within the time allotted. Our engineers collaborated with the city and were a part of project meetings.
